Most of the volumes of Martindale-Hubbell are dedicated to a state-by-state, city-by-city listing of attorneys and law firms who have paid a subscription fee to be in Martindale-Hubbell. The information provided includes background information about the attorney and firm, areas of practice, and ethical ratings. (The ethical ratings are somewhat suspect, because if an attorney received a less than perfect rating, they would stop subscribing to the service!)

DIGEST OF STATE LAWS

The multi-volume Digest of State Laws provides summaries of the laws of all the states and territories in the United States.

THE MAIN VOLUME

The International Law Digest summarizes the laws of foriegn countries, including overviews of the judicial system in those countries.
