Don't reinvent the wheel
There are three series of Am. Jur. Proof of Facts; 1st, 2d, and 3d. One set, however, does not replace the previous set. It just provides new information on new topics. |
|
THE INDEX There is one General Index to Am.Jur. POF that covers all three series. The index is a multi-volume set that is found at the end of the last series. If a relevant reference is found, the researcher will be led to a volume, series, and page number, such as 38 POF3d 725.
